The Leccio is a typical tuscany house set in two floors and furnished following a typical and ancient style with terracotta tiled floors and visible beams. In the house three big fireplace is included and offer facilities such as: washing machine, dishwasher, safe and satellite TV.

Outside barbecues and woodden fireplace are avalible. You will find two swimming pool, one for children and one for adults.

San Vivaldo

Just few steps from the Monastery, (also called Jerusalem of Tuscany. Info www.sanvivaldointoscana.com) there is the old village of San Vivaldo, today still populated and where the old houses has been restored into vacation rentals.
In the village there is also a restaurant, while the old school has been closed.
