You can check in at any time after 10 am but the apartment will not be ready until 2pm, if you check-in in the morning you can leave your luggage at the property. Upon your arrival we required the full payment for the agreed stay and a deposit of € 200 which will be returned upon your departure when the key is returned and a check is carried out on the property.

If you arrive between 8 pm and midnight you will be charged 40 Euro for late arrival and you need to notify your late arrival at least 48 Hours prior arrival. Check out: 10:00 am.

Refundable breakages deposit of €200 required on arrival, to be refunded upon your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee as a deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking. If reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival the deposit will be lost.
