This Detached Villa that dates back to the 1930's, has been recently renovated and brought back to its original splendour.

The antique and the comfort of the modern have been united in harmony to create the ideal location for tourists who wish to relax, enjoy fantastic views of the Aeolian Islands and taste the simple, yet rich, Sicilian culture and tradition.

The furnishings have been carefully chosen in order to give the guests the opportunity to experience the Mediterranean way of life.

A real log fire in the living room will make your stay pleasant even during the colder months.

The property is south facing therefore it receives the sun all day. Located near to the motorway.

The private garden (500sqm) that the Villa makes it ideal and safe for smaller children or pets.

Location

Portorosa is a planned city initiated in the 1980s and 1990s that offers residences, hotel accommodations, swimming pools, and a large marina (over 600 berths). A large Hilton hotel overlooks the marina. The marina is also surrounded by villas and a shopping area that includes restaurants and stores. Portorosa is an ideal port for embarkation due to its proximity to the Aeolian islands (13 nautical miles to Vulcano, 17 nautical miles to Lipari). Portorosa is 150 km from Catania (2 hours by automobile) and 180 km from Palermo (3 hours by automobile). Tindari is 15 km west of Portorosa.
