Home description

Elegantly furnished apartment with a living room, a dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped indipendent kitchen. The two bedroos one with a double bed the smaller one with bunkbed have en-suite bathrooms.

The apartment is surrounded by a large furnished terrace that has two living areas (one under a patio), a dining space and barbecue facilities.

Porto Ercole

Former Roman Portus Herculis is not only a sea resort for watersports like fishing, bathing and diving but also for golf, polo and horseriding. One of the colossal fortifications, masterpieces of XVI century military architecture, Fort Stella, facing the apartment, houses in summer international modern art exhibitions. Talking about art the church of S.Erasmo in the old village is where the painter Caravaggio was buried after his dramatic death in the locality in 1610. Botany lovers may, with the permission of the owners, visit the luxuriant park of Villa Corsini, also known as White House. A mile to the north of Porto Ercole harbour is Marina di Cala Galera. Here, boats of considerable tonnage can put in at one of the best organized tourist landing places on the Mediterranean.
