Your rental includes: exclusive use of the house and grounds for the duration of your stay, Included in your rental, all linen and towels, cleaning before arrival and after departure, welcome pack with all essentials. We will meet you at the airport and guide you to the house if required.
Arrival time after 3.00pm. Departure time before 10.00am.
Changeover day is flexible as we appreciate savings can be made on midweek flights, however, if demand is high, changeover day will be fixed to Saturday.

Amongst the hills surrounding Lucca there is the 'strada di Vino' which is a marked wine trail to various vineyards which are open the the public where you can sample the wines and buy direct. The area also boasts many historic villas with beautiful gardens which are open to the public. To the South towards Pisa, there is the fabulous San Rossore Park a protected nature reserve on the coast, with a villa, animals, beautiful walks and activities including horse riding.
Casa Roberti is located within 10 mins drive from the historical walled city of Lucca. The 16th Century walls that surround it provide wonderful views across the city, popular with walkers, cyclists, both locals and tourists alike. Inside the city there is plenty of great shopping ranging from the unique locals to top designer shops . The city also has many museums, beautiful churches and every day, somewhere in the city there is a classical music concert. There are also many restaurants ice cream and coffee shops.
Tuscany is a beautiful area of Central Italy. Tuscany has many diverse landscapes, from the familiar rolling hills of Chianti, to the flat plains of Lucca and Pisa and also the magnificent rugged mountains of the Garfagnana.
Tuscany offers great traditional food, wine and of course it's famous olive oil.
There are many important historical interests including of course the Leaning Tower of Pisa, everywhere you go there is art and history, beauty and culture.
The Coastlines are also diverse ranging from miles of flat sandy beaches, to small Pine fringed beaches to rugged dramatic coastlines.
