A £150 (UK Pounds) deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If booking less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total cost must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal

A refundable breakage deposit of £150 (UK Pounds) is required when the final balance is paid.

Included in the rental price: Electricity, Water, Gas (May~Sep), Bed Linen, Towels & Final Cleaning.

October ~ April (inclusive) all gas used is charged separately.

For large groups (5 or more beds): Please add £15 extra per week or short stay

DISCOUNTS:

£20 discount per week for 2 guests (min stay 7 nights)

10% discount on the second week of a 14 night stay!

Discounts for longer stays, 10% second week, 15% third week, 20% fourth week.

Maximum rental period: 4 weeks

Short breaks welcome all year - nightly rates on request (min 4 nights)

Ground Floor – Garage

First Floor – Arranged in a semi open plan style comprising:

Entrance hall

Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower, wash basin, & WC.

Living Room: Traditional fireplace, sofa, comfortable chairs & radio/CD player

Dining Room: Vaulted ceiling, a full length window opens onto a small balcony. Seating for 8 around the large dining table, sofa, TV & DVD Player (please bring your own CD’s/DVD’s)

Kitchen: Well equipped with fridge/freezer, double sink, 4 ring gas hob with extractor hood, full size oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, various cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery & crockery.

Second Floor –

Bathroom: Shower, wash basin, WC & Washing Machine

2 spacious double Bedrooms: One has exposed beams and both are light and airy.

Plus 1 Bedroom with 2 separate bunk beds

Third Floor -

The house has a sun terrace with views over the rooftops towards the monastery. We are hopeful that this will be available for guests to use for Spring/Summer 2009. Please contact us for details.
