Built in 2007 the apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, and it is situated in the countryside of Budoni, a beautiful village in the east coast of Sardinia in the main road that follows the eastern coastline from Cagliari to Olbia.

This territory includes 18 km of coastline that rise from the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering Budoni marvellous landscapes and sandy beaches and surrounding it by rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 2km from the apartment and it is reachable by car or by bicycle. If you don’t like sandy beaches there is also a characteristic, small beach with rocks and a pretty surrounding pine forest and a transparent sea.

Other very frequented beaches are those of Port Ottiolu\'s and San Teodoro’s which also have facilities such as parking lots, bars, discos, services, surfboard and much more.

Because of the beauty of its landscapes, its transparent, blue-coloured sea this small village of only 4000 people has became one of the most favorite holiday destinations on the island.

Budoni is situated on a flat territory but the countryside around is prevalently hilly and not much inhabited. There are lots of folkloristic events in these small settlements surrounding Budoni.

Budoni offers all the opportunities to have a fun and relaxing vacation.
