Pool size: 7 x 14 m / opening dates: May 13th - September 30th.

Prices include expenses for water, light, gas, weekly linen change for bath and bed, heating, Tax.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At the point of booking reservation you must pay an account of 30% of the total ammount.

The rest to pay 30 days before your arrival .

In case of the cancellation you will be charged of:

Cancellations made in less than 10-day period will not qualify for the refund of the deposit.

1) from the reservation to 50 days before the holiday, 40% of the total amount

2) from 50 to 30 days before the holiday, 60% of the total amount

3) from 30 to 10 days before the holiday, 80% of the total amount

4) from 10 to 1 day before the holiday, 90% of the total amount

For 'NO SHOW' ( no cancellation ) you will be charged of the total amount.

DEPOSIT : at the arrival the guest must paid an security deposit of Euros 200 for apartment
