How to get there

Montefegatesi is located 13 km by road (20 minutes) above the beautiful, historic spa town of Bagni di Lucca, which lies on the banks of the pretty river Lima. Bagni di Lucca is 28,6 kilometers far from Lucca, that is the Chief Town of the homonymous province to whom the municipality belongs. The nearest airport is Pisa (one and a half hours away) to which Ryanair, Easyjet, Tomsonfly, British Airways and Alitalia all fly regularly. It is worth checking Parma, Genoa and Bologna (all 2½ hours away) to see if they have better flight times or prices. Although not essential, in order to enjoy a holiday in this area to the full, we would recommend the use of a car. Cars may easily be hired at the airport or over the internet.
