Mascali is a nice village into the Easter coast of Sicily, near the sea and on the feet of Etna vulcan. It has very beautiful beaches (Blu Flag 2008) and not far from the Natural reserve of Fiumefreddo. It is also very near international tourist city of Taormina (10km). At 2 km there is also Riposto Etna touristic port, and also Catania, Acitrezza (Ciclopi`s riviera) is at 25 km.
Last but not least, Etna vulcan is at 20km also, where you can enjoy you holidays integrating also walking/mountain bike/trekking trips into the Etna, and also visit the vulcan craters!
