Puglia/Molise

If Italy is known like the “boot”, the Puglia is the heel of the boot.
The peculiarity of the Puglia is its coast (length approximately 800 km.) that ago of the Puglia one of the most famous tourist localities than all the world. The climate of the Puglia is characterized from its vicinity to the sea, the rich vegetation and nearly the total mountain lack (to eccezion made of the garganica zone).

The time is typically Mediterranean, with lukewarm inverni and summers many warmth. The rain, enough insufficient, mainly is concentrated during the autumn and the winter; that it means that the summer is, beyond that warm, also much sand bank.

Considering these circumstances, for many agricultural activities the Puglia offers the ideal conditions. We refer in particular to the cultivation of the grain, the screw and the olives. Covering the Puglia from north to south, in the north immense grain cultivations are found and, continuing towards south, the color of the landscape changes from yellow to green for the presence of ulivi and vineyards.

These reasons give an idea to you of because the agricultural products of the Puglia like the paste, the oil of olive, the wine and the products from furnace are known and appreciate to you all over the world.
