8 bed rooms pleasantly furnished and supplied with linen, 7 bathrooms, room TV, lounge with fireplace, dining room and a big kitchen with wood-fired oven and fireplace. A private swimming pool, an outside BBQ and a football field complete the property.

It is the smallest area and includes only four municipalities (Pomezia, Ardea, Anzio and Nettuno). It is bounded by the Province of Latina. There is a strong naturalist interest thanks to the presence of many green areas characterized by the Mediterranean scrub and of the Nature Reserve of Tor Caldara, known for its sulphur fumes. The historical and cultural interest is due to the ruins of a village which dates back to the Bronze Age and is situated in Ardea, to the ruins of the Imperial Palace of Anzio and to the famous Torre Astura near Nettuno.
