The apartment is ideally situated within walking distance from the beach.
From the "veranda"/patio (a private terrace of 16 msq) you can relax yourself enjoying a great view on the sea.
It is composed by: comfortable and large kitchen corner fully equipped, spacious living room with double sofa bed, double room ( king size bed), bathroom with shower and private "veranda" with table and chairs.
The exclusive and charming "Marmorata Village" is considered one of the best resorts in the north of Sardinia either than the Costa Smeralda area.
Located in a wonderful position, it looks on the bay of La Marmorata and has a great view on the well known islands of La Maddalena, Spargi and Budelli nearby. The sea is incredibly clean and blue with a scale of colors that is truly unbelievable.
The mediterranean vegetation is rich and fragrant with its various flavours that include the spontaneous "mirto" and the wild pine.
The architecture is very sophisticated and has been carefully designed: characteristic buildings with their ceiling beams, arches, bridges, wood and stone pergolas. Stairs made into the natural rock are surrounded by flowers and tropical plants.
Marmorata Village is a seven-storey resort hotel with two terraced buildings overlooking the Mediterranean and is located on the northern coast of Sardinia. Olbia Airport (OLB) is 60 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 90 minutes.
The Marmorata islands are quite small, almost set among the rocks. The sand is thicker than that of Rena Majore beach in Santa Teresa. But the beaches here are a real paradise, with incredibly clean waters and by extraordinarily shaped granite.
The wonderful sea protected form the north-east and north winds, is not only a tourist resource but also an inexhaustible fish reservoir.
