Located only 1.5kms from the village of Sant'Ambrogio where one can shop at the minimarket, eat at the Pizzeria or seafood restaurant that is located in the centre of the village. The pebbly/sandy beach of Sant'Ambrogio is 2 kms from the house, there's free or paid parking nearby or you can park your car in the village and walk via the steps that lead to the beach (need to cross-over the SS113).

The interior is simply decorated in white to allow the feel of open space. There's is a large bedroom upstairs with a sitting room next to it that can sleep 2 people and bathroom.

In the lounge area there's a large sofa bed, next to it the bathroom and then the double/twin bedroom with French doors that open on to terrace.

The kitchen is well equipment with cutlery, crockery, necessary utenlises, dishwasher and water filter.

One can wonder around the 1,800sqm olive grove next to the villa, admiring the small vegetable patch amongst the 30 old olive trees.
