The Gaeta's Gulf is surrounded by a mountains' chain - up to 1.300 m. high - which give to the whole territory an extreme mild microclimate in all seasons, very similar to the one of Sanremo and Capri

Castellonorato is a small village, the last on the side of that mountain chain in direction Naples. It is a suburb of Formia town.

Villa Bice is a nice villa on two levels, 200 sq m surface in Castellonorato, with a beautiful panorama on the sea.

DESCRIPTION

The house is furnished with some antiques and all kind of comforts.

The large outspaces guarantee a good liveability. Two showers in the garden compensate for the low number of bathrooms and in general the beautiful garden, the silence of the countryside and the marvellous view are formidable premises for a relaxing holiday.

In the 1500 sq m garden a small building hosts a Taverna with table and chairs, fireplace and bread oven, open space kitchenette, a bathroom.

In the garden a patio, car parking etc.

The village is one km far, Formia 15 mins and Scauri 10 mins by car.

A good bus service connects Castellonorato with Formia and Scauri.

Castellonorato is a little subourg of Formia.
