Smokers are accepted but with moderation and with the kind request to ventilate the house so as not to create smoke stagnation, bad smells and making it healthy and enjoyable stay to guests who occupy housing in the future. The waste must be removed on departure and the refrigerator goes blank

Home description

Flat on the ground floor of a two-storey house, located on the shores of Lake Maggiore Piedmont. The house is located within a protected village, an oasis of peace and tranquillity and safety for children, given the limited amount of cars circulating. Behind the house is a typical garden-style Tyrolean, edited the smallest details and a winter garden, benches in front of the house and a nice fountain. The exit of the house gives direct path to the beach, which is about 500 mt. Od. The village is located beside the road to town, giving way to reach residents of the centre, shops and public transport.

Castelletto Ticino

Castelletto Ticino town is a very versatile, suitable for visitors of all ages. The premises are many, discos and nightclubs as well as bowling, shopping malls and restaurants. But there is also the quiet and green Castelletto, equipped with beaches, camping and cycling in the midst of nature. To visit the Visconti Castle, the beautiful Church of St. Charles, the Natural Park of Lagoni and fresh sides of Ticino river from which the country gets its name.
