Casa Mario, old family’s house with big rooms furnished in elegant style, it can receive 7/8 guests in 3 differents double bedrooms, private kitchen and a big living room with fireplace.
Casa Margherita, ideal for couple is composed by a kitchenette, big dining room, private office, a double bedroom and an old sacred chapel. From the terrace is possible to enjoy of a beautiful landscape over the Lima’s Valley.
Casa Silvia, traditional and research style, new restructurection with air conditioned/heating, it is composed by kitchen/livingroom, 2 double bedrooms and a beatiful wood attic, ideal for 5/6 guests.
Out of the house there is a big private garden, where is possible to enjoy by the sunshine and the view over the valley and green mountains around.
In the village, about 1 km, there are grocery, post, hairdresser, bar/restaurant and in Bagni di Lucca there are all types of activities.
The villa is available for all year for rent weekly and monthly, upon request for long period, are admitted animals upon request. Ideal for lovers of nature, relax, to visit Tuscany city or only to taste our good food.
The earliest mention of which dates back to the ninth century when the thermal springs of the hill of Corsena were already renowned for their therapeutic virtues. Bagni di Lucca witnessed its first illustrious visitors during the Middle Ages with Matilde di Canossa and Federico II. During the Belle Epoque and the early twentieth century a large part of the European aristocracy gathered at the Terme di Bagni di Lucca with guests including famous writers and poets like Giusti, Monti, Carducci, Pascoli, Montaigne, Dumas, Heine, Shelley and Byron, and musicians like Puccini and Mascagni, who called it “The Switzerland of Tuscany”.
Its close vicinity to the most important art cities in Tuscany, and its natural environment all offer the chance to enjoy a holiday filled with wellbeing, culture and sport. Still standing from Lucca’s glorious past are the ancient medieval walls and the magnificent historic centre, whose central piazza has for years been the site of a famous antiques market.
