Aspra bathing beach

Aspra - Bagheria is the typical bathing beach next to a big town (Palermo); in summer you can find a lot of people from alla the Europe. If you like the sea and the historical cultural attraction, i think that it's the right place where one can live.
To me the best period of the year to spend your holiday is the month of september, when there is not crowding, the sea is warm enough and the night is not too warm.
The months of july and august are mediterranean hot.
Very next to the property you find 5 restaurants of good level, a local wine and specialty seller, some pizza house, a lot of coffee and snack bar, a little market 200 meter far and a big market 650 meter far, two local meat shopmarket, a sanitary shop, the local church and so on.
Aspra is the site where a lot of factory of pachked anchovies prosper.

Aspra - Bagheria

From the location you can reach walking or riding with a byke all the museums and historical attraction of Bagheria (villa Palagonia described by Goethe in 1.787; villa Cattolica now Guttuso Museum with over 200 paintings of the author - 2 km far away from the property, vila Cutò now museum of the ancient toys), Soluntum (Solunto) national archeological park, Monte Catalfano natural reserve that is above Aspra reachable walking with trekking shoes trogh it's hiking trails.

Palermo

Palermo is a historic city in southern Italy. The city is noted for its rich history, culture, architecture and gastronomy; it is over 2,700 years old. Palermo is located in the north-west of the island of Sicily, right by the Gulf of Palermo in the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The city was founded by the Phoenicians, but named by the Ancient Greeks as Panormus meaning all port.

Sicily

Sicily (Italian and Sicilian: Sicilia) is an autonomous region of Italy, Europe. Of all the regions of Italy, Sicily covers the largest surface area with 25,708 km² and currently has five million inhabitants. It is also the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, though several much smaller islands surrounding it are also considered part of Sicily. Sicily is considered to be highly rich in its own unique culture, especially with regard to the arts, cuisine, architecture and even language. The Sicilian economy is largely based on agriculture (mainly citrus fruit as orange and lemon).
