An advance of 20% is required to confirm the reservation; the remaining 80% will be poured the day of your arrival, to the flat key delivery.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

During period from may to september, saturday is the arriving and departing day.

Shorter period can be accepted according to the disponiblity.

Every method of paymant is well accepted previous agreement with the owner.

The apartment is available from 1200am of the arrival booked day and must be left at 0900am of the departing day to permit the cleaning of the apartment

A security deposit of 200 Euros will be requested upon arrival, as a guarantee, to be returned at the check-out, after having checked the status of the apartment and all its belongings.

A 50 Euro charge for final cleaning is added to the total bill.

  • SPECIAL OFFER FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER: 10% DISCOUNT FOR ONE BOOKED WEEK AND 25% DISCOUNT FOR TWO BOOKED WEEKS.
  • Every method of paymant is well accepted previous agreement with the owner.
  • The apartment is available from 12:00am of the arrival booked day and must be left at 09:00am of the departing day to permit the cleaning of the apartment
  • A security deposit of 100 Euros will be requested upon arrival, as a guarantee, to be returned at the check-out, after having checked the status of the apartment and all its belongings.
  • A £ 40 charge for final cleaning is added to the total bill.
  • A discount of 10% for two weeks booked.

The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the medieval old town and 5 minutes walking from the main promenade on the sea where the characteristic stalls park and where you can acquire the more particular objects and 5 minutes walk from he porth promenade as well. The lido beach is about 1 km reachable by bus or by foot, about 15 minutes walk. The main bus stop, called Piazza della Mercede, is 300mt near. The market, the butcher, the baker, the grocer and chemist's shop are all around the apartment.
