The deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled.
At least 3 weeks before arrival payment of balance to be made.
A security deposit of £50 is also required to cover any damages and exceptional cleaning costs - but will be returned if all is well at end of rental.
Payment by cash, postal order or cheque.
Bank transfer information can also be supplied if necessary.
