Donegal is in the North West of the Republic of Ireland. It has one of the most beautiful coast lines in the whole of Europe - with marvellous sandy beaches, soaring cliffs, sea and freshwater fishing, championship golf courses, and a warm irish welcome. The Glenveigh mountain range and national park is a major highlight. The langauge is english although there are still some native Gaelic speaking regions. The currency is the euro.
