Set in the heart of the tropical paradise island of Bali, this luxurious Palace, completely unique private residence sits in fully landscaped gardens and natural tropical forest, adjacent to the Orient Express Ubud Hanging Garden Resort. Overlooking the magnificent Ayung River, surrounded by natural habitat and and wild life you can relax into your own private sanctuary taking in the sensational views and soaking up the tropical atmosphere as you listen to the river gorge beneath.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Payangan just twelve kilometers past Ubud, is known for its Lychees, Durian, and pineapples.

It has a cool atmosphere and perfect view of nature.
