The balance is due six weeks prior to the arrival date.

If you wish to cancel, we require that you do so prior to six weeks of booked arrival date. If you should cancel after this deadline, the full rental is due.

  • Weekly cleaning, change of towels and linen are free of charge.
  • If you would like cleaning more often, it can be arranged for a charge.
  • Chef cooking can also be arranged for a charge.
  • The Greek telephone company invoice for telephone costs will be brought to the client by the care taker at the end your stay, for you to balance.

Home description

This property is beautifully located on a hillside of the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula.

The villa is totally private, away from the hustle and bustle. It has, however, such breathtaking views on the bay from two terraces, that one does not feel cut off. (By car, everything is reachable within a maximum of 15 minutes.)

On the contrary, watching the spectacular sunset while sipping a glass of fine Greek wine, or just gazing at the stars is uplifting.

The property has its own well, providing the villa with unlimited fresh water.

Animals, such as owls, a family of pheasants and Luigi the cat live there and can be seen occasionally without disturbing you if you shoo them away. We never let Luigi into the house, although we feed him.

Location

Vromolimnos beach is 8 km away from Skiathos town. Is the busiest beach on the island and the beach where all the young people go. At vromolimnos beach you will find two beach bars playing very good music, a snack bar and lots of water sports. Is a beach that is secure for kids since its very shallow.
