Villa consists of main building of 2 floors plus one airy, sunlit studio with independent entrance at semi basement level, for those searching some privacy from the rest of the group. Villa is fully equiped and furnished, offers utmost quality services and allows hosts to bring with them ... good company and their suitcase!

Kitchen, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, sat TV, DVD, air condition, central heating, a wonderful stone fire place - Lefkas is wonderful in winter and reflects wild beauty, hot water 24/7 .

An imposing stone patio surrounding with beautiful local plants surrounds your stone fully equiped BBQ and your large crystal clear swimming pool .

Balconies with view to the pool , to the mountain ( NE ) and to the Ionian Sea ( NW ) , for those who wish to contemplate admiring the unique ionian sunset.

Studio,30M3 fully equiped and furnished,includes one double bed,one canape lit for up to 2 persons, fully equiped kitcheck & bathroom. Sat TV, central heating, air conditioning in each room. Can be rent out separately or with the villa, as one main building.

Ag Nikitas

This beautiful village is situated on the North West coast of Lefkas ,15 km from Lefkas Town. The village consists of one main street down to the sea. There are many restaurants and tavernas, and small minimarkets and souvenir shops, along the main street. There is some parking at the top of the street, but most of the street is pedestrian only. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare and if you can find a place in one of the car parks it is worth paying The village is very busy during July and August, but can be very quiet outside of the main season.

The surrounding area is beautiful, with steep hills and valleys covered in olive and pine trees leading down to beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea water. After a storm the white limestone sand is washed up into the sea, turning the water into striking patterned shades of light and dark blue - a photographer's dream.

The village is close to numerous beaches. It has its own small village beach. Directon North is Pefkoulia Beach (also known as Agios Nikitas Beach), which can be easily reached along the main road to Lefkas Town. Here you will find some nice traditional tavernas . Milos Beach is also an excellent choice. There are two ways to reach it. The difficult way is to follow the path over the headland from the village. The path starts behind the Milos Taverna on the main street, and takes about 20 minutes. It can be very rough and even dangerous in places, so be careful! The easy way, in the middle of the summer, is to take the taxi boat from the village beach. The price is a couple of Euros each way. The beach itself is one of the best on the Island, is quiet for most of the summer, and clothing restrictions are 'relaxed'.
We left it at the end , but , maybe it's simply the best : Kathisma Beach!1 km length of white sand beach , the whole ionian sea in front of you , sun beds,umbrellas,beach bars with pools ...and the most fascinating view you have ever seen , from the top of the street , before you go down to the beach,stop to take a carte postale photo ! Message for local authorities : where can we park in July & in August???
