This 3 bedroom cottage with its original oak beams and panelled walls is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in the peace & quiet of the Limousin countryside. The master bedroom has within it the old bread oven –hence the name of the cottage – and there is a further double and twin bedroom.

Add to this a fitted, newly equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining room with comfortable leather furniture and huge dining table and chairs you’ll see why this is the place to base your holiday.

We are pleased to welcome families and can provide cots, highchairs etc. where required; children’s games, videos and DVDs are available in the cottage.

Garden furniture and a barbeque are in the large garden for your use.

Location

Baleme is a small hamlet 1 mile from the medieval village of Treignac, this is your ideal place to stay while you explore the Limousin.

Baleme has so much to offer:

• Unspoilt countryside - often called the French Lake District
  
• Bird watching - badgers, foxes, deer, buzzards, red kites and much more can be seen in the woods surrounding the cottage
  
• Medieval and historic towns - Treignac, Uzerche, Tulle, Rocamodour, Collange la Rouge, Sarlat & Tours de Merle to name a few are within easy distance
