TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

A 25% deposit , payable by bank transfer, is required to secure your booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before arrival.

TOWELS AND LINEN:

All included. Beach towels provided.

SMOKING:

It would be very much appreciated if, for the comfort of other guests, smokers could refrain from smoking inside the house.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT: We will ask you for EUR 250 on arrival which will be returned to you after your holiday providing everything looks to be in order. END-OF-STAY CLEANING: Guests may opt either to clean on departure or use our cleaning service at a cost of 90 euros. CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: Can be arranged at a cost of 15 euros/hour.

"The photos on the website do not do justice to what is a beautifully appointed house. The decor is stunning. The house is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the house cosy and warm off season. It is peacefully situated and the house is on the best square in the town within a few hundred yards of the port. Could not rate it more highly. We will be returning."

"The house was beautifully renovated with stylish interiors appropriate to the island, as well as all the home comforts necessary for a lovely holiday (fully equipped kitchen, private courtyard for meals, ADSL, comfy bed, good shower...). It is opposite the town church so you do hear the church bells - but it didn't disturb us at all due to the double glazing (the bells don't ring at night, by the way).
