External facilities

The large open barn facing the lawn and pool is just 10m from the front door. The barn contains the BBQ and teak dining table and chairs, a swinging lounger and is a very popular dining area.

The pool is 11 by 5m plus Roman steps, 2m deep at the dep end, alarmed. A non chlorine system. Plenty of room at each end of pool for relaxing.

Swings for young children and popular table tennis and badminton areas. Adult bicycles available at nominal rates.

Mature terraced gardens with privacy.

Special features

Our guests always say that we always undersell the property, and many come back for further holdiays.

If you are concerned about wanting a holiday cottage on your own, we should say that althogh the next door property is also let as a small farmhouse cottage, we have been conscious of the need to create privacy and own spaces. The pool is shared with the farmhouse (sleeps up to 4) and it has always worked very well. Both houses can be let together to cater for a party of up to 10.

The houses are set within a 30 acre estate, with small working vineyard, and so there's plenty of space and is a peaceful and relaxing property for 'chilling out.'

We are on site to undertake any maintennce of pool, gardens, watering, to offer advice.
