Home description

Lovely ground floor apartment just a five minute stroll from the lively village of St Antonin Noble Val.

The apartment boasts two large, comfortable double bedrooms - each having its own en-suite facility comprising toilet, handbasin and one having a modern shower cabin, the other having a full-sized bath with shower over.

There is also a modern, fully fitted kitchen which has all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. The appliances include a full-sized oven, microwave, single induction hotplate, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The village of St Antonin Noble Val offers several bars and restaurants located in and around the 12th century heart of the village - with a lovely walk through the narrow, ancient streets to reach some of them! Try to stay for the lively Sunday Market which fills the old main street and car park, selling everything from wine, cheese and cold meats, to clothes and some wonderful, tempting local produce!

To work off some of the excesses, the area offers many opportunities for walking, (gentle stroll to a real uphill workout), cycling, climbing, caving and canoeing to name but a few. For the hang-gliding and para-gliding enthusiasts, there are two long cliff-faces with take-off points to suit wind direction.

You are also ideally placed to visit such beautiful and inspiring places as Albi, Cordes sur Ciel, Najac, Penne, Bruniquel and even the magical city of Carcassonne can be reached and explored in a day.
