  • Wecome pack on arrival of a few essential items
  • English speaking owners or their representative will be available upon arrival to hand over keys, etc.
    The owner will not be on site but will arrive once per week for general maintenance duties

  • We are sorry the house is not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with a walking disability

  • Small dogs are allowed but will have to be controlled outside - sorry no cats

  • NO SMOKING inside the house, please

    • Discounted weekly rate for second and multiple continuous weeks.
    • Prices are for 7 days arrival 4 pm Saturday depart 10 am Saturday except by prior arrangement.
    • House clean midweek (midweekend) 65€
    • End of Holiday clean 90 €
    • Bed Linen and one set of towels provided (not for outdoor use).
    • Extra set of towels 13.5 € per room.
    • We are sorry we cannot accept credit cards but will accept a sterling cheque or UK bank transfer. Pay Pal is also an option but there may be a small extra charge.

    Special conditions

    • Long term lets (over a month) considered

    Provisional booking will be held for 5 days after which a 20% deposit must be paid with a completed booking form.

    Balance of money due to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

    A refundable security deposit will be required to be paid with the final payment of £350 (to be refunded within 2 weeks after a complete property check).

    Any uncleared balances to be paid before departure in euros.
