This pretty little house is located inside a very recent, quiet and friendly residence. It is litterally a stone throw away from Paris (3 metro stops) and also very close to the famous Paris / Saint Ouen flea markets (http://www.parispuces.com).

As you can see on the photos, there are plenty of toys for little ones (0-4 yrs old) and the closed street is great for kids (no cars, lots of playmates !)

With its somewhat village-like feel, it can come as a surprise that Saint Ouen is actually located just north of Paris's bustling 17th and 18th arrondissments. The town is in the process of a major urban regeneration program and is opening up on to the river Seine, to its West. The centre of Saint Ouen, around the town hall, is a lively, cosmopolitan hub with all the necessary commerces, as well as interesting bookshops, clothes' stores and a selection of choice restaurants. The South East corner of Saint Ouen is wholly dedicated to the several hundred year old flea market, a true Parisian institution, with hundreds of alleys full of stalls and small shops, which are all well worth spending a few afternoons discovering.
