Maximum occupancy 6 people all guests must be named on booking.

Included in quoted prices are bed linen and bath towels.

Payment methods and conditons

Full rental cost and deposit must be paid full six weeks in advance of arrival date.

We accept payment by Euro BankTransfer, PAYPAL/Credit Card.

Reservation deposit (Non refundable): 25% of the rental price.

Damage deposit: 250 Euro. (refunded when the house has been inspected and cleaned)

Earliest arrival time is 4:00 pm. On day of departure house must be vacated by 10:00 am to allow for cleaning.
