We expect half the price as soon as you want to book the house to make the reservation. The rest is expected one month before your arrival. When we receive your check, we send you a contract.

If you want to hire a cleaning lady, just ask, I can send you one for 13 EUROS/ Hour

You need to let house clean when you leave. So you may want to have the cleaning lady come on the day of your departure. She will charge you 50 euros.

Pets allowed if they are small (because of our cat).

  • We do not ask for caution. We simply ask people to replace what they brake.
