Home description

Our recently renovated apartment is situated in a quiet and sunny street, only 10 minutes by walk from Nice harbor. Its location, nearby any kind of transportation but with everything within walking distance will make this studio the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a couple of friends with a low-budget who wants to discover the French Riviera.

Nice Centre

Just a street away from the apartment, you will find many bus lines to any place in town, or along the coast or even to the mountains. The Nice-Riquier railway station is also a few paces away from the studio, with trains to Cannes, Monaco and Italy.
If you like walking, 10 minutes away you will find the waterfront and many restaurants, and 15 minutes away is the historical centre with its gift shops and lively nightlife.

But the streets surrounding the apartment also have anything you might need : a small shopping centre, traditionnal restaurants and bars and children playground.
