  • Rates are for 14 up to 18 people at all other times of the year. At off peak times, July and August, for groups of below 14 people please contact the owner for a price. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday; arrival from 4pm, departure by 10am. Rental charges include linen with beds prepared for your arrival, house towels, pool towels, pool cleaning on arrival and house cleaning on departure. Additional house cleaning is available and paid for locally, please request at time of booking. A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the rent plus is required at least six weeks before arrival. A clear and detailed rental agreement will be sent to ensure a trouble-free holiday. A security deposit of 1,000 € will be required at the arrival afterwards returned, except damages.

Mirabel is a very little village located in the south west part of France, in Tarn et Garonne department, 70 km on the north of Toulouse where is the nearest international airport linked with the international airport hub of Paris by an air shuttle with 40 flights every day. It is located 20 km on the north-east from Montauban, 40 km on the south from Cahors, 10 km far from the highway Toulouse-Paris and the "2 seas highway" Bordeaux-Montpellier in a central location. That is to say it takes about 2 hours to go by car to the Atlantic Ocean westward, the Mediterranean Sea eastward or Pyrenees Mountains southward.
