Rentals during summer at strictly Saturday to Saturday. Arriving approx 4 pm and departing by 10 am.

Please note August is already fully booked. Please refer to our website for availability.

  • There are no additional costs to the rental fees except in winter when electricity usage will be charged.
  • On booking a deposit of 25% is required. 6 weeks before the holiday the balance is payable plus a separate payment of £100 against damages (reimbursable if there is no damage). The damage cheque will not be banked. The property will be checked by us on departure.

Interior facilities

CD player, Clothes dryer, DVD player, Fitted kitchen, Fridge, Hairdryer, Kettle, Microwave, Radio, Toaster, TV, Video, Washing machine.

Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a secure purpose built block. In total it measures 29 sq. metres.

There is a hallway with a storage unit. Off the hallway is the kitchen and shower room/wc. Both the kitchen and the shower room have been totally refurbished and decorated January 2008. There is a wall mounted drop leaf table adequate for 2 people.

In the shower room there is a washing machine. The hallway then leads into the main studio room (17 sq. metres) with a double bed and a sofa bed. We have a 'privacy screen' to divide off the room. There is a wardrobe; sideboard; other drawer unit and 2 small occasional tables plus a drop leaf dining table with folding chairs. Patio doors leading to small balcony with chairs and a small table. We have numerous books; videos etc.

All bedding; interior towels and towels for the beach included if required.

Our apartment is the last along the walkway (only one adjoining neighbour)therefore it is also possible to sit at the back of the apartment in the shade with views over the village and chapel.
