Prices are inclusive of bed linen and towels, the only additional extra is during the Winter months heating may be necessary at an additional cost.

25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental period. There is also a security deposit of £100 per week which is refundable.

• Prices are negotiable for Easter, Xmas and Half- Term breaks.

"Dave, Nicky, Olivia and Tom have been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the holiday here in Brittany. The weekly BBQ's are not to be missed! The setting has been ideal for our children, who have enjoyed playing in the pool and in and around the gites.
