Chemille sur Indrois

Set on the bank of the 'Lac de Chemillé', Pamoja is a couple of minutes walk to the beach of Chemillé sur Indrois (supervised), 2 recently installed playgrounds for children, a bistrot/restaurant, a pedalo, boat, canoe rental place, a mini-golf...

There are several excellent guided walks around the lake, and Pamoja is well situated for exploring the Loire Valley by Bicycle.

A mere 2kms away, you will surely visit Montrésor, listed one of the prettiest villages in France, and find out all about its extraordinary history and interesting Polish connection. Visit the chateau, buy a paper and a baguette and watch the world pass by.

Over the hill from Pamoja are the fascinating Corrorie and Chatreuse du Liget, lovely historical monuments.

...and of course you can venture a little further afield to enjoy the achitectural splendor of the Loire Valley Chateaux and vineyards...

Indre-et-Loire

The Indre et Loire department has many great places to be discovered such as Tours and the Medieval town of Loches. It also has many good restaurants, some of which even offer cooking classes! Lovely forests to walk or ride your bike around the corner, big animal parks or quality zoos only 20km from Pamoja, and of course, a huge choice of fascinating chateaux and churches!
