Dishes to be washed and stored upon departure.
Linen to be folded on each bed.
Chalet to be clean or possiblitiy to purchase cleaning services.
Details in rental contract from owner.

• additional cost : city tax of 1 euro par day per person over 13 years old to be paid upon arrival.
• Payment by bank transfer in euros.

Home description

The chalet (away from the noise of train or road) is located in a small closed compound near the mountain river Arve.

* Living room with open fire place and dining corner.

* fully equipped open kitchen
2 bed-rooms :
* one with a double bed and a single bed with balcony facing south and the Mont-Blanc mountain, "l'aiguille Verte" and the "Drus". A breath-taking view.
* the other with a double bed facing north and the FLEGERE and BREVENT cable cars,
* 1 mezzanine with 3 beds,
* 1 mezzanine with 1 bed, (low ceiling mezzanines, suited for children),
* 1 bath room with a double corner bath, lavabo, WC and bidet,
* 1 shower room with lavabo, shower and WC,
* WC in the ground floor,
* Garage.
Electrical heating.
Linen provided.
