Q. How can I advertise in Hot Offers?

A. Hot Offers are simply high visibility listings, where the owner has decided to increase the exposure of his/her property. Hot Offers are in the right side bar, displayed on the Home page, Holiday Ideas pages, Owner Guide pages and on the regional and country pages. They are 1 advert per slot. Q. What is an Availability Calendar?

A. The Availability Calendar shows when your property is available for rent.

Q. Can I change the photos on my page at a later stage and/or add more?

A. You can logon to your account at any point to add more photos or replace previous photos for your page. To replace a picture, just add a new picture to where the old picture was previously and this will over-write the previous image.

Q. Do I have to check the tick-boxes?

A. Yes, please check all the relevant information boxes. If you have a particular feature or facility, and you have not checked the boxes, then people looking for a property with that feature, will not see yours in the search results.

Q. Can I advertise more than one property at once, or do I need to register each one separately?

A. When you list your first property you are given a log in to the system. This will allow you to view your property information, stats and any enquiries received regarding your property. You can also add new properties to the same account and have your portfolio in one place.

Q. Can I include my personal Web site as a link in my listing?

A. No, you may not include a link to a personal Web site on your listing.

Q. I forgot my password; what should I do?

A. On the Owner Sign In in the right side bar, click "Forgot Password". You will be asked to enter your e-mail address so that we can send your information.

Q. Why can't I login?

A. It may just be that you need to press the 'back' button and try again. If you have experienced consistent problems logging onto your account it could be that you have set your browser not to accept cookies. On your browser click on Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Privacy tab. Now click on the "Edit" button and where it says "Address of website" type in www.holidayhomes.org and click the "Allow" button. This will let your browser accept cookies from our site only. Please note that you need to then close your browser completely and open a new one for these changes to come into effect.
