Home description

Stepping through patio doors on to your decking overlooking the lake leisurely watch black and white muscovy ducks glide across the lake, before a barn owl swoops into view. Dusk is just beautiful, as the lake and sky turn deep blue. The site is tranquil and very relaxing.

Lounge:

The lounge is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and comes complete with Quality furnishings, fully air-conditioned,26in screen TV, Digital receiver, hard drive recorder and DVD player. french doors leading to the front decking

Kitchen/Dining Room:

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine. Perfect for the self-catering break.

Bedroom 1:

This has outstanding views over the fishing lake, quality double bed, fitted mirrowed wardrobe, chest of drawers and patio doors leading to the decking over-looking the lake.

Bedroom 2:

This room also benefits from outstanding views over the fishing lake two single beds, wardrobe and drawers.

Bathroom:

Modern suite which includes a Bath with shower over, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.

Outside:

Decking both to the front and rear of the property giving you the chance to sunbathe all day.

With complimentary bottle of wine and welcome pack to greet you on arrival, and there are no hidden extras, electricity, bed linen and towels etc.are all included in the price.

Please note : the hot tub is located approx 50 metres from the property near the owners home. The Owner also has a Sauna available for use if required.
