Beautiful typical Istrian house, built 1905, renovated 2006, in a picturesque Istrian village, imerse in a nature and tranquility, good price.

This wonderful house is situated in BROVINJE, a little picturesque village near LABIN and RABAC. The house have 60m2 and offer you place for 4 persons, whit a possibilities of 2 more beds, which is 6 persons. In the living kitchen with 13m2 is also an open fire place in typical istrian style. Two bedroom with 16m2 each and the bathroom with 6m2. The terrace and the garden around the house you can use to relax and enjoy your holiday in the shadow under the big trees. In BROVINJE you will find just nature, peace, beauty and tranquility. The small town of Trget is a typical picturesque Istrian fishermans village, only few kilometer away. Here, you can enjoy the company of local fishermen in an old fashion way. TUNARICA is next place in 2 km distance with clean and natural beaches which are just inviting you to swimming and a sun bath. It also hosts the camping place with offer of various sport activities, like swimming, diving, etc. LABIN is the next town at a few km distance and can be easily reached in a few minutes. Local bars and shops invite you for a cup of coffee or a small shopping. Ancient City of Labin has to be visited, its architecture is protected and offer a number of sightseeing points of interest. RABAC (distance from Brovinje -20 km) is also a town in a close distance, known a pearl of Istria. It is famous for its nice beaches and crystal clear water. You can enjoy the various offer of sport activities, you can rent a boat, jet ski, play tennis, mini golf, go parasailing, tube, bananas, diving and many many other..There you have a lots of bars, night clubs, restaurants and discos.

Labin The medieval town of Labin is situated on the hill above Rabac. Its old name of Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD. The birthplace of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, the reformer and collaborator of Martin Luther, it is a cultural and administrative center today.
