Cilipi

cilipi is the small village with traditionaly built stone houses and churches. it is very well visited by tourists although it is never crowded. on sundays only in cilipi in croatia is held traditional folklore dancing. there is a restaurant, various rocky beaches where local people enjoy and their guests, few pubs, money machines, post office, kindergarden, playgrounds, airport, petrol station, food shops, souvenir shops, car hire, bank etc. it's only 5 minutes driving distance situated from cavtat and 20 minutes from dubrovnik. you can move around by bus as it is well conected to cavtat and dubrovnik or you can hire a car.

Konavle

konavle is the area south of dubrovnik. it has 12 000 inhabitantas and consists of various villages. all villages are traditional built of stones. pure nature, sea side, vineyards, close to dubrovnik are benefits of this area. cavtat is part of konavle area. in cavtat is situated the best hotel in croatia.

Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands

Dubronik is situated on the opposite bay to the bay of Cavtat. From Cavtat you can see Dubrovnik as it is only sea between those two towns. It takes half an hour with a boat line from cavtat to the old town to dubrovnik. This way you avoid busses, crowds etc. There is a direct very frequent boat line.
