Charges are for the apartment in Sterling per night with a minimum booking of 7 nights and for upto 6 people. Shorter bookings may be available outside of the main holiday season of June to end of August. Please ask.

TAn additional ourist Tax is payable for guests and this should be paid seperately at the Tourist office in the harbour.

Keys can be collected from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and returned by 10.00 a.m. on date of departure. Later departures may be agreed if required and subject to availability.

  • All tourists are required to pay Tourist Tax which is currently approx. 5 Croatian Kuna per day (£6.50 per week in high season per adult) This should be paid at the tourist office in the harbour or we can add this to the cost of your holiday and pay it for you).
  • A deposit of £50 is required at time of booking. This will be returned to you after departure and once the apartment has been inspected & cleaned, less any charges for damages or breakages should these be appropriate.
  • Payment for accomodation may be made via PayPal subject to a 3% charge otherwise, preferred method of payment is by direct payment to UK Bank account.

Home description

Our apartment is 54m2. The building has only 4 apartments and was completed in 2003. Being on the second floor, there are wonderful sea views across to the nearby island of Hvar. Although only metres from the seafront with it's numerous bars & restaurants, occupants are not disturbed by loud music in the evening yet these are easily reached by those wishing to enjoy the vibrant night life of Bol. The apartment consists of an enclosed balcony, which has sliding windows across one wall allowing an open aspect. Patio doors lead to the open-plan living, dining & fully fitted kitchen area, with a mezzanine bedroom reached by a staircase. Bedroom 2 is at the rear next to a fully tiled bathroom. Both the living area and Bedroom 2 have full air-conditioning. Mobile electric fans are available should these be required. For cooler nights there is a a wood burning fire in the sitting area. There is a small shared terrace to the front of the building
