HARIA APARTMENT, 5 mins walking from the beach

Located the town of Puerto del Carmen, which is the largest and oldest tourist resort of Lanzarote.

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment renovated in 2008 is in a complex with common pool, this complex is located just 5 minutes walking to the seafront promenade and the beach.

A few meters walk we have the most complete range of leisure, the old town with its restaurants, beaches, bars, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, shopping centres, diving centre, horseback, thalassotherapy (spa waters of the sea), sports centres, golf course, etc..

Good for making relaxed trips to Puerto del Carmen beaches and close to local facilities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, the apartament is perfect for those times when you want to eat out and stock up on provisions.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants
