Costa Caleta

The town of Calleta is very central as the island is only approx 120 km long with Calleta almost in the middle and makes it easy to travel around .
Take a trip to the very south to the long sandy beaches of Morro Jable on the way see the old traditional toens of Jandie, Pajara and the beautiful Betancuria.
Travel north to Corralejjo take the ferry across to lanzarote or shop in capital Puerto del Rosario.

Fuerteventura

Lots of historical sites across island inc museums, cultural events, windmills, churches.
The temperature on the island varies from a low of 20 degrees to a high of 40.
The town itself is the ideal place relax or a base to travel all around the island as it is the most central town ion the island.
Caleta boasts of 2 championship golf courses ,the Atlantico modern shopping centre and the main city puerto del rosario only 15 minutes away on the bus which stops directly across from Esmerelda.
A car is not essential as buses run from north to south of the island via caleta regularly although if you plan a trip across the mountains a car is needed.
Bars and the best restaurants on the island are all within 5 minutes ,Portuguese steak house recommended closest to apartment 150m and easy to find book early as it is always difficult to get a table.
Sean ogs bar and the step inn are 2 irish bars with all the games and live music Scottish and English bars also close by.
