The property is managed by "Fairways Total Property Management" which is one of the longest serving registered management companies on the Island, with an English Manager who speaks fluent Spanish. They provide a 24 hour emergency cover and have an office in Caleta de Fuste.

• All prices are for up to 4 people sharing, per week.
• Fifth person additional price £40 per week.
• FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE A REDUCTION OF £20 PER WEEK WILL APPLY (Not applicable to Christmas period).
• Sorry but we donot take bookings for groups of all girls or boys.
• Deposit to secure booking £50 per week. Final payment 6 weeks before departure.
• Our Property Manager can arrange the hire of Cots and High chairs for €30 each per week, delivered ready for your stay, they are to be paid for on arrival.
• Airport pickup and return may be possible for €25 from the airport and €20 back, please check when booking.

Home description

2 bedroom villa situated in a quiet residential Cul-de-Sac (not on a complex) with good views and conveniently located. Secluded rear garden (which is a sun trap) large 5 birth Spa (Jacuzzi) and a roof terrace. All amenities are in walking distance.

All windows and doors are double glazed.

The villa is our holiday home, therefore all our guests are our first priority. We endeavour to provide accurate information and satisfaction to our guests. We pride ourselves in employing one of the longest serving English Property Management Companies on the island, with an office in Caleta. The Manager speaks fluent Spanish, which is extremely important in the unlikely event of illness, accident or an emergency of any kind. We want our guests to have complete peace of mind and assurance that there is a 24 hour emergency number and help is only a phone call.

Caleta de Fuste

Montecastillo centre/Caleta de Fuste and beyond.
The Montecastillo centre is just 100 metres away with shops, supermarkets, bars with entertainment, restaurants, a mini golf course and children's play ground. A 10 minute walk or short mini-train ride will take you direct to the main resort centre of Caleta de Fuste the beach and on to the small harbour where there is a scuba diving centre and the usual water sport facilities, submarine and catamaran trips are also available from here, some trips include a trip round the Aquarium and a Sea Lion show. The main resort centre has a larger variety of shops, banks, medical centre, restaurants including Chinese, Italian and Spanish as well as English and bars providing all types of entertainment from live music to karaoke. There is a local market held in the resort centre every Saturday. The new Atlantico complex has shops including a Spar supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars, bowling alley and a multi-screen cinema which are in walking distance of our bungalow.

There are two golf courses within a 5 minutes drive, one has held the Spanish open.

The beach is gently shelving with golden sand. The clean and calm shallow waters of the bay make this a popular choice for families and the old and young alike.

A good bus service operates to the main towns, but a car would be advantageous if you wish to explore further. The Island has many attractions and places of interest including a Zoo, Botonic gardens, Churches, Eco museum and a Go-kart circuit just to mention a few. Quad bike tours of the Island are available to view some of the Islands scenery.
