Villa IvMary is situated in the village of Zlati Voivoda, 15 kilometers west of Sliven, on the main road from Sofia- Burgas at the feet of Stedna gora and Stara Planina.

The villa has two floors- each floor is 70 square meters with individual bathrooms. The three bedrooms are on the second floor.

The first one is with a huge double bed; the second one is furnished with two single beds, and the third one is with a sofa. The corridor that connects them is wood- paneled, the floor is terracotta. The bathroom is with shower. The lower floor has an additional bedroom, well furnished kitchen with terracotta, a bathroom with a tub and another room than can serve as a small office with computer and internet. There is also a small hall paneled with wood and terracotta. The two floors are connected by an outside staircase.

The yard is divided in two parts- the one is for relaxation and the rest of it is a fruit and vegetable garden. The green ivy fence divides the two parts. The relaxation zone includes dining room and summer house in a domestic style. The green area is 150 square meters and has a rockery, swimming pool 5/10meters, barbeque, flower garden. The second part of the yard offers the traditional for the region fig- trees, cherries, apples, plums, strawberries, blackberries, apricot- trees, grapes. The owners are also growing organic fruits and vegetables that are offered to the guests. This is also a nice place for testing of homemade wines and rakia (Bulgarian national drink).

Zlati Voivoda village /Djinovo/ is found in the 17th century and is situated in the valley of peaches. Famous sightseeing around are: the remains of the ancient fortress “Kaleto”, Tundja river with two natural lakes for fishing.

Four kilometers away are the Sliven Mineral Baths. The old name of the baths was Djinovski mineral baths. They are situated 245 meters above the sea level. The baths have been known for their curative waters since the Ancient times.

A whole spa resort has sprung up near the mineral springs. Wonderful opportunities for recreation and relaxation are offered there. There is also an Olympic swimming pool, bar, restaurant, beautiful nature. 20 kilometers away is the roman fortress “Kabile” and the monastery “St. Virgin Mary”.

25 kilometers away in Stara planinais the “Karandila” park 950 meters above the sea level with the beautiful “Sini Kamani”, venerable forests, springs, chalets, wide meadows with wild fruits and herbs. The place is suitable for ski, alpinism, rock climbing, motorcycling and mountain cycling, photo tourism, picturesque panorama to the Trashcans lowland. People can get to those sightseeing by lift, minivan and for the nearby villages with a cart drawn by donkey.

The town of Slyven is the only town in south- eastern Bulgaria with a Slav’s name- “The town of 100 warriors”. There are a lot of houses with a renaissance architecture- well preserved houses from the 17th and 18th century.
