Home description

Vila Mitaka is a two storey house with external staircase and big terrace offering a magnificent view to the mountain slopes and the river.

Vila Mitaka is located in a small mountain village only 24 km away from the historical town of Veliko Tarnovo. Nestled in the skirts of Stara Planina the villa offers crystal clear air and magnificent views all around.

The area is suitable for fishing, hunting, walking, relaxing, herbs and mushroom gathering.

The house also offers a 2 - decare perfectly maintained garden with facilities for water sports.

There is an open air swimming pool and a small river just next to the villa's garden!

The first floor comprises of a tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen unit, a basement and a private bathroom.

The second floor offers two rooms with double beds. Additional bed can be provided in one of the rooms upon request. There is another bathroom at the second floor.

The beautiful, tastefully arranged garden of 2000 sq.m ends close to the river bank.

In the garden, there is a swimming pool, where you can enjoy your spare time sunbathing and swimming.

There is an summer- house near the swimming pool as well.

The mountain evenings can be perfect while You are preparing your dinner at the barbecue house, that offers enough space in open for you, your family and your friends!

The owners take care to clean the house and change the sheets once a week!
