• Breakfast at the restaurant is available against additional charge of 2 Euros per person.
• Use of swimming pools and sun chairs is free of charge.
• Use of sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, steam-room costs 4 Euros for each facility or 10 Euros per person per day for all facilities.
• Cleaning and change of linen is provided free of charge on every 3 days.
• Daily cleaning and change of towels and linen is available for extra 3 euros per day.
• Use of internet connection is free of charge.
• Regular shuttle service to Sunny Beach and back is available 4 times a day at the price of 2 Euros per person in each direction.
• Taxi service to Sunny Beach is available at any during the day for 10 Euros (maximum 3 persons in the car) or 15 Euros during the night.
• Transportation from Bourgas airport can be provided by shuttle bus at the price of 15 Euros (maximum 4 persons). This service can be provided on request from other parts of the country as well.

Kosharitsa

Kosharitsa is a small village, situated in Nessebar municipality, in the region of Bourgas. It has a very good location, just 4 kilometres away from the Bulgarian equivalent of Las Vegas - the lively Sunny Beach Resort. The picturesque village is beautifully nestled at the foot of the Emine Balkan, part of the Old Mountain Balkan Range. It reveals unforgettable views towards the mountain and at the same time its close proximity to the sea and the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach makes it a perfect place for a relaxing summer holiday.
Kosharitsa has been recently developing, while plenty of investments are being made in the region. There are a variety of project development plans, including construction of a golf course in Kalinata Range and building of modern residence complexes. Many properties for sale in the region are offered as well.
In Kosharitsa there are very good opportunities for sport tourism, including mountain biking, fishing and hunting. You will be surprised by the natural beauty of the place. If you want to experience a different summer holiday, the small village is definitely the right challenge for you!

Sunny Beach

This holiday address, destined by nature, lies only 35 km away north of the city of Bourgas, featuring wide and warm sea with gently sloping sand bottom and approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October, plenty of ozone and ultraviolet rays, along with the fresh breeze.

Sunny Beach has more than 100 hotels, 2 campsites, over 130 catering establishments: restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, bars with floor shows, night clubs, casino, discos and cafes, providing culinary pleasures and a good mood.

Bourgas

Bourgas is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria, situated in the south-eastern part of the country. The climate here is temperately continental with a distinct impact from the Black Sea. The town is an industrial centre too. It's not famous as a beach resort (although few beaches you can find), but more as a turning point to the big southern Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria like Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Sozopol, Dyuni, Elenite, etc. The Airport of Bourgas is the one where the international flights land in the summer.

Black Sea Coast

The Bulgarian Black Sea Coast (Bulgarian: Черноморие, Chеrnomoriе) covers the whole eastern bound of Bulgaria. Black Sea Coast beaches occupy approximately 130 km of the 378 km coast. The region is an important centre for tourism during the summer, drawing foreign and Bulgarian tourists alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destination, internationally known before 1989 as the Red Riviera. Since the fall of the Iron Curtain, its nickname has been changed to the Bulgarian Riviera.

The area's average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, with the average water temperature at 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.

The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea at Cape Emine, dividing the coastline into a southern and northern part. Parts of Bulgaria's northern Black Sea Coast feature rocky headlands where the sea abuts cliffs up to 70 metres in height. The southern coast is known for its wide sandy beaches.

The largest city on Bulgarian Black Sea Coast is Varna (also the third largest city in Bulgaria), located on the northern part of the coast. Another big city is Burgas, located on the southern coast. The two cities' international airports, Varna Airport and Burgas Airport, are the main hubs servicing the region. In addition, the A1 and A2 motorways, currently in construction, would make the trip from the capital Sofia to the coast substantially easier and faster, while the A3 is planned to connect Varna and Burgas.
