Apartment 12A Purpurna Zvezda is located on the 5th floor (elevator available) of newly built aprtament building that has it's own swimming pool with sun loungers. Located just 200 meters away from Grand Hotel Varna, which has great fitness and spa facilities, as well as clay tennis courts. The resort is also famous for its healing mineral water pools, which are easily accessible and only 10 min. walk from the apartment. Modern, comfortably furnished apartment that has all the amenities necessary to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. You enter the apartment into the entrance hall, where you have built-in cupboard and the washing machine. From the entrance hallway you can acsess the spacious bedroom with queen size bed and large wardrobe, the living room which has large comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, TV and a balcony overlooking the resort. The open plan living room has fully equipped kitchen with 4 seater dining table, coffee maker (filter coffee), fridge, oven, extractor and all utensils necessary to create full meals. The modern bathroom has a shower box and WC also accessed from the the hallway. There is a well stocked supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Purpurna Zvezda

The Purpurna zvezda complex is a semi-circular building consisting of one underground and six aboveground levels. The building hosts 59 apartments ranging in area from 69 to 145 square meters. Each apartment has its living room area, one, two or three bedrooms, kitchen and sanitary unit. The terraces look over to the romantic park of the resort.
The complex has a beautiful, large swimming pool and sun lounging area.
